What I've been up to recently
I definitely wanted 2020 to be the year where I got involved in more projects, furthered my portfolio and improved the work I create.
Over the past few months I've been painting whenever I can, filling up my sketchbook, working on my illustrative style and adding to The Lazy Lemon. I've also designed for two charity campaigns, and I'm really happy with how they've turned out!
Bookblock teamed up with NHS Charities Together to support frontline health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the help of illustrators and designers, they put together a range of isolation busting postcards.
The campaign has so far raised over £29,000 and is still live - go check it out here
Here's my design, inspired by the safety of the home.
Shirts off our backs
I designed 3 t-shirts for a campaign based in Bath, with a percentage of the profit going to Dorothy House Hospice Care. The designs represent my style, bright and colourful.
You can browse all the designs here and if you decide to buy you support Dorothy House and the designer!
It's been a pleasure being involved in these campaigns, and I'm excited to see what campaigns I will be part of in the future!
